One1PercentBetter LLC is a sales recruiting and professional development company based in Sheridan, Wyoming. We recruit, train, and develop young adults into door to door sales representatives for EcoShield Pest Solutions, and we develop the highest performers into managers and business partners.
We do not sell products to consumers. Our service is workforce recruiting, sales training, and leadership development for the people we bring onto our summer sales teams, and recruiting services for the pest control companies we staff.
Sales Recruiting
We source, screen, and select candidates for seasonal door to door sales positions. Candidates attend a live online information session, complete an interview process, and are selected for a summer sales team. There is never a fee charged to a candidate.
Sales Training
Selected representatives receive structured training in consultative selling, objection handling, product knowledge, territory management, and daily performance coaching throughout the selling season.
Leadership Development
Representatives who meet performance and character standards enter our management track, where they learn team building, recruiting, coaching, and how to run a sales office. Our partner track adds operations and business ownership training.
Housing And Relocation Support
Representatives who relocate for a selling season are provided housing in their assigned market for the duration of the season, so they can focus on performance rather than logistics.
Performance Incentives
We run team competitions and incentive programs that include prizes and earned company trips. Past team trips have included Bali, Thailand, Cabo, Cancun, Tulum, Puerto Rico, Miami, Hawaii, and a Caribbean cruise.
Ongoing Mentorship
Team members receive continued mentorship between seasons through our online community, including career guidance, skill development, and support for those returning to lead teams of their own.
Who We Serve
Our candidates are typically students and early career adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are seeking commission based sales work, professional training, and a path into sales leadership. Our clients are pest control companies that need trained, motivated seasonal sales teams.
