What a man actually learns in a season with us has very little to do with pest control. He learns to hold a conversation with a stranger who does not want to talk. He learns to be told no forty times and knock the forty first door anyway. He learns to manage his own morning, his own energy, his own mouth. And when he is ready, he learns to lead other men through the same thing.
That is the whole product. The commission is real and it is significant, but the commission is what he earns. The man he becomes is what he keeps.
